To install ArcheOS in a usb removable pendrive just follow those steps:
1) Burn ArcheOS ISO into a bootable CD.
2) Boot your computer with the bootable CD.
3) Start the installation process.
4) Choose your installation drive. The program will automatically find all available hard drives and usb removable hard drives. Choose your usb removable pendrive.
5) After the installation is complete, just leave your pen in place and boot. You will find that ArcheOS was added to your initial boot menu.
Installing ArcheOS in a SD card without CD drive:
I never tried that, but some computers can't natively boot from SD card drives. Probably you need to install some kind of software to tweak this limitation:

If you don't have a CD drive you can always create a ArcheOS usb installation pendrive using unetbootin.

Hi, thanks a lot for your reply.
Today I bought a 8G with 95m/s speed SD card.
I want to give it a go...I was just wondering if I can insert the SD
Card on a computer and then use it on other computer
Unfortunately I don't have a CD drive on the one I want to use ArcheOS
with SD card
