I think that the Diagram topic is (at least) three problems in one.<br>
- the DB,<br>
- the time matrix, TAQ/TPQ related and inducted datations, error detection, etc.<br>
- the graphical part (the end :P).<br>
This is the same partern with GIS (DB/GIS/ Cartography), we can do maps with inkscape, but we compute datas with GIS (with DB on top).<br>
Seems to me we need a here à Time Information System ;).<br>
