Hi !<br><br>For the beta release we would be please to contribute to the beta !<br>As a web base DB, Ishtar can be used on a standalone PC (linux) or on a web-server. <br>Ishtar was dev in english and translate to french. So it could be easy for you to translate (the .po file) it in italian.<br>
We will try to put a test-base in english as soon as possible !<br><br>Hope
you don't have to "think french" to understand the project, even in
english. (this is a lousy reference to a lousy film - Firefox with Clint

nice to hear good news from Ishtar! Up to now we (Arc-Team) don't have test data: we are wotking on the fiedl and just collecting finds (not yet even washed); but as soon as we have something usable we would like to test the system.<br>
Unfortunately i do not know french, so i cannot help in translation. Anyway, when you think the "crash test" will be ready, maybe i can help in packaging.<br>
Regarding ArcheOS, i think it will be nice to insert Ishtar, maybe we could think about it for the beta release?<br>

Ishtar is a project for an online DB for archaeological data<br>
(apache/python/django/<u></u>postgresl/postgis).<br>
The tests are open (on registration) unfortunately only in french<br>
version at this time, but the project is quite easy to translate (.po<br>

Soon (i hope) we will provide a (crash)-test base in english.<br>
