già, c'è il connettore per la fibra, la possibilità di aggiungerci un
modem gprs, ma non il modem adsl.
poi è sufficientemente potente per fare anche da home server / nas, per
cui si riduce di uno il numero di scatolotti in giro per casa.
e i led dimmabili e programmabili, che sono la feature fondamentale :D</pre>

we have a project called SMRT (Small Modem for Router Turris), this should be a
simple bridge-only device, eliminating the need for full-blown modem/router
device. This project is currently being on hold, because we were not happy with
benchmarks of the first prototype. Now we are looking for a new DSL chipset
vendor - if we succeed, the project will continue. Unfortunately, it is not that
easy as Googling for DSL modem reference design and implementing that. The main
problem is currently sourcing of the components (namely DSL chipsets).
