[Tech] hard disk lento

Ciao a tutti.
Sto indagando sulla lentezza del mio disco fisso.

Per chiarezza questa č la configurazione del mio sistema:
Slackware 12 con kernel di default (kernel-2.6.21.5-smp); 
hd SAMSUNG MP0804H
File Systems: ReiserFS

Ho verificato la presenza del modulo ata_generic e ho fatto un test con
smartctl ottenendo quanto segue.
Non riesco a capire le indicazioni di smartctl, potete aiutarmi a
decifrarle, cosė che io possa capire cosa cercare su internet per
tentare di risolvere il problema?
