In parole povere intendevo dire:

Se

A) SuSE vi ha autorizzato a duplicare e regalare i CD in occasione dalla manifersatione, ma

B) Non li contrassegnate in alcun modo, quindi
<BR>
C) Uno li prende, vi ringrazia e se li porta in ditta. Se
<BR>
D) Arriva la finanza, come fa a dimostrare che le copie sono autorizzate?
<BR>
<BR>
Qualcuno e' disposto ad andare a testimoniare? E il testimone come farebbe a essere sicuro che le copie incriminate le ha fatte lui in occasione del linux day, e non sono copie di copie di copie?
<BR>
<BR>
In pratica penso che se non sono in alcun modo contrassegnate (anche con "Linux Day 2003" e uno straccio di firma del Presidente), le copie cessano la loro vita "regolare" per diventare "abusive" o peggio ancora "contraffatte" appena escono dalla porta del Linux Day.

P.S. Chiaramente questo e' tutto un complotto contro il Presidente per fargli firmare dei CD "pirata", per poi denunciarlo e farlo iscrivere nel registro degli indagati. Si sa che chi e' indagato, non puo' partecipare alle elezioni, e praticamente non potrebbe ricandidarsi a Novembre :)
