concernenti la tenuta del Registro, assegnando loro (art. 17) la competenza a
definire in un apposito Regolamento le procedure per iscrizione, cancellazione e
revisione annuale di questo Registro — nella rispettiva Articolazione
Provinciale. Ai sensi dell’art. 5 del Regolamento </SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Garamond; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">approvato
con Delibera del Consiglio Provinciale di Firenze N. 159 del 29/09/2003<A

sociale, iscritte entro il precedente 31 luglio, devono provvedere
all’adempimento della REVISIONE ANNUALE, cosicché si possa verificare il
permanere dei requisiti in base ai quali è stata disposta, a suo tempo,
l’iscrizione dell’Associazione al Registro.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

comunicazione all’esterno delle attività e dei servizi offerti dal mondo del

style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"> viene fatta on-line</B>, cioè attraverso

Associazioni possono inserire direttamente i loro dati, secondo le indicazioni
che troverete nell’<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><I
style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">ALLEGATO “A”.</I></B> Una volta inseriti sul
sito, alcuni dati [come per esempio i recapiti, l’atto di iscrizione al
Registro, il codice fiscale, il nome del Presidente, le attività e i destinatari
dei servizi] diventano una pagina di informazioni aggiornate e accessibili a
tutti su ciascuna Associazione; altri dati [come il numero dei soci o dei
dipendenti e collaboratori, quanti interventi sono stati realizzati per ogni
attività o servizio, quali convenzioni avete stipulato con gli Enti Pubblici,
ecc.] sono utilizzati a fini statistici dall’Amministrazione Provinciale
Infatti, il sito <B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><A

(questo è l’indirizzo completo per entrare nello spazio dedicato alle APS) ha
una doppia funzione: è sia un motore di ricerca dove chiunque (Cittadini, Enti)
può trovare informazioni aggiornate sulle Associazioni di promozione sociale
iscritte al Registro Regionale nella Sezione della Provincia di Firenze; sia uno
strumento di analisi da cui ricavare periodicamente un quadro generale e reale,
o almeno il più vicino possibile alla realtà, dell’Associazionismo operante su
