ora sia i dati per l'accesso che tutto il necessario ce l'ha il nuovo

modulo online stamparlo farlo firmare al presidente e inviarlo per raccomandata
all'indirizzo da loro indicato comunque è tutto spiegato nella mail e

promozione sociale, conferisce (art. 4) alle Province tutte le funzioni
concernenti la tenuta del Registro, assegnando loro (art. 17) la competenza a
definire in un apposito Regolamento le procedure per iscrizione, cancellazione e
revisione annuale di questo Registro — nella rispettiva Articolazione
Provinciale. Ai sensi dell’art. 5 del Regolamento </SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-FAMILY: Garamond; FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">approvato
con Delibera del Consiglio Provinciale di Firenze N. 159 del 29/09/2003<A

entro il 31 luglio dell’anno precedente, devono provvedere all’adempimento della
REVISIONE ANNUALE, cosicché si possa verificare il permanere dei requisiti in
base ai quali è stata disposta, a suo tempo, la loro iscrizione al

comunicazione all’esterno</B> delle attività e dei servizi da loro offerti, e
non solo un obbligo burocratico fine a se stesso. Per questa ragione

Registro delle Associazioni di Promozione Sociale (APS) e l’Albo delle

sito è composto di pagine pubbliche, cioè visibili a tutti, dove un’Associazione
può essere trovata sulla base di più chiavi di ricerca: la denominazione, il
Comune, i destinatari dei servizi, il tipo di servizio offerto. A ciascuna
Associazione, infatti, è dedicato uno spazio in cui sono indicati i suoi
recapiti, il codice fiscale, l’atto di iscrizione al Registro, il nome del
Presidente e le informazioni sulla sua attività, riportate sia in maniera
descrittiva che per categorie. Il sito è composto anche di <B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">un’Area RISERVATA</B> dove possono entrare
solo le Associazioni iscritte al Registro, a cui l’Ufficio Non-profit della
Provincia ha fornito, in occasione della prima Revisione, i Codici di Accesso
personalizzati (<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Login </B>e <B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Password</B>) per inserire i propri dati
sul sito internet. Riempiendo la modulistica predisposta per la Revisione
attraverso il sito, le Associazioni ottimizzano il lavoro che per legge devono
fare: infatti, così aggiornano, in tempo reale, solo i dati che hanno subìto
modificazioni e lasciano inalterati quelli che non sono cambiati, senza stare a
riscrivere tutto come succedeva con il cartaceo. Senza contare che solo così si
garantisce che le informazioni presenti sul sito siano davvero aggiornate. Il
sito diventa quindi un motore di ricerca per trovare le Associazioni e anche uno
strumento di analisi: l’Amministrazione Provinciale può utilizzare in forma
aggregata, infatti, i dati inseriti per realizzare statistiche che consentono di
avere periodicamente un quadro generale, il più vicino possibile alla realtà,
