[gpm] gpm high resolutioni

Dear Colleagues,

does there see a possibility to let gpm tell us
the coordinates of the mouse not only in text-modus
but also in high resolution modus (for use with the framebuffer),
e.g. for vga=0x317: x = 1..1024, y = 1..768 ?

Thanks to anybody for any help in regard to that problem.
