[Gulli] Problema Video

ho un problema abbastanza rognoso di cui ho fatto ieri sera partecipe
anche il guargua. In pratica nessun player multimediale mi da un output
video: le schermate di totem,vlc ed altri programmi mi danno una
semplice schermata blu scura senza riprodurre ne video, ne effetti se
provo ad ascoltare un file audio.
Ho provato a vedere che succedeva con i driver ATI ufficiali dato che io
ho una Radeon 9100 ma sembrano essere instabili. Il PC si blocca non
appena avvio un applicazione grafica di qualche tipo. Tuttavia ho
riscontrato che con il driver ufficiale ATI i video si vedono mentre con
il driver di xorg no. Allora ho lanciato il comando xvinfo ed ecco l'output:

Pregherei qualcuno di dirmi se c'è qualcosa che non va perchè,
francamente, non so decifrare quanto sopra! Nel frattempo vedrò con
Mplayer che succede.

P.S.
per quanto riguarda Debian, visto che la si installa di giovedì davanti
al pubblico dei novizi direi che la cosa migliore è far vedere un
sistema che si installa e non da problemi particolari. Casomai vedremo
come installare da repository unstable, un altra volta!
