[Pxc] new pxc available on CVS

Hello.
I'm posting to -announce too, even if there is no new tarball available.

During the weekend I managed to run my non-PXC200 Bt848 and Bt878 devices
using the pxc device driver. The current code is committed to CVS
and can be downloaded from my own box:

	% cvs -d :pserver:cvs@gnu.systemy.it:/data/cvs login
	(Logging in to cvs@gnu.systemy.it)

	% cvs -d :pserver:cvs@gnu.systemy.it:/data/cvs checkout pxc

Today and tomorrow I'll work to make single-frame acquisition possible.
This means that reading from the p?m nodes will return a whole frame
(field) instead of the snapshot of a continuous-grabbing DMA buffer.
When this is ready, and unless I get bug reportd about the currenct code,
I'll upload a new tarball.
