[Pxc] pxc-0.28 released

I just uploaded pxc-0.28, available from:

Please note that the pxc-apps package is for slink. I built it on
potato as well, but the pxc-0.28-1potato didn't install due to
problems in the info file. Source is available both with-compiled-docs
and pristine-source-with-no-docs.

Everything is committed to CVS as well and the docs are online
at http://gnu.systemy.it/software/
