Hi!

Now I solved my hardware problems, and I can get signal from the
frame-grabber.

Advice: if your camera hangs the system... please check hardware, of for
instance, install Windows just to see if it works (mine does OK). If not
-> hardware trouble.

I am using an Imagenation PXC200 in RedHat 7.0 with pxc-0.29-beta
(unfortunately, I was not able to update to pxc-0.80 :( . I followed the
advices in PXC user manual... modify Lilo (append=...), etc. I load the
module with "./pxc_load", and I get a fussy image, "misaligned lines" in
pxc_xgrab -> I make "./pxc_load pll=1", but I've got the same stuff. I cat
get data (cat /dev/pxc0...) in pxc0.

Some people using bt848 framegrabbers in Windows had some trouble while
migrating to Windows 2000... the same image with misaligned lines. They
use some programs to modify bt848 register configuration, thus they can
solve it... maybe this could be a hint.

Maybe I'm doing anything wrong... any help would be truly appreciated.

Thank you!
