Hello,
I apologize for any duplicate issues as I am new to the list and am looking
for a quick answer..
One of our clients is running RedHat 7.1 (kernel 2.4.9) on a dual Athlon with
a PXC-200 card. The .80 version gives a few errors on compile, so I grabbed
the latest snapshot (October I believe), and it compiled fine. We ended up
taking a DIMM out of the computer to drop it down to 768 Meg of physical RAM,
and in the boot loader we have mem=766 to cover for the DMA issue.
The driver loads fine.. but when we try any other programs (pxc_live,
pxc_xgrab, etc) then they stop at line that says which device it is grabbing
from (no windows open up, just sits there at the console)..
Does anyone have any similar issues/fixes?? If this just doesn't work with
RH 7.1, then we will drop down to RH 6.2 which we know works..
Thanks in advance!
