[pxc] pxc.o and bttv.o conflicts on Red Hat 7.3

For newer RedHat/Mandrake/etc users:

If you are having conflict troubles, the commands to run would be:

  # rmmod tuner
  # rmmod bttv
  # rmmod i2c-algo-bit
  # rmmod i2c-core
  # rmmod videodev

Before loading the pxc/Bt 0.8x driver.

Also, to avoid this problem, I have noticed the easiest is to install the Linux box with the card not installed, and then adding it later. (And then just ignoring Kudzu)
