Gia`, il tuo file e` rovinato.

Puoi provare le opzioni che "riscrivono" l'indice:
"-idx" e` una, le altre guarda il man, ma fanno
tutte piu` o meno la stessa cosa, in modalita`
differenti.

Prova anche ad editarlo, ma dubito che venga letto
da programmi come avidemux & co.
