    "32,000 school children in the Languedoc-Roussillon
     region in France will be the first in the country's
     schools to use laptops pre-loaded with free and
     open source software that are integrated into the
     national electronic education network (ENT). The
     regional administration has budgeted 15 million
     euro for the project."
