usata anche da programmi più generici, forse si può cambiare tab con tabulatore,

Non lo so, non mi convince. Credo si riferisca ai commenti del tipo //
cioè ai commenti che vanno fino a fine linea, per differenziarli da quelli
che hanno
un campo d'azione delimitato dalla chiusura del commento, come /* */, quindi
propongo una cosa del tipo "Commento di linea"
