Revisione fast-user-switch-applet

Grazie Luca. Purtroppo ho fatto un po' di casini all'inizio, postando la
bozza della traduzione anche su gnome-i18n, dove Emanuele ha proposto
alcuni cambiamenti. Adesso ho fatto una fusione di tutti i vostri
suggerimenti. Per questo motivo pero' non riesco a incollare qui solo le
parti cambiate. Ripropongo quindi l'intera traduzione, mi spiace. Se poi
mi date l'ok la mando al coordinatore.
