Non li ho ricontrollati. Se mi dici così faccio prima a cambiare solo

il TRM è un qualcosa estratto da una traccia che permette di
identificarla univocamente (o quasi) nel database MB.

dovrei guardare su http://musicbrainz.org (in libmusicbrainz non c'è
documentazione su come funziona il tutto), ma confido che il senso della
traduzione (pur senza articoli e preposizioni) sia quello.
