stando a wikipedia "Enhanced CD" è un certification mark (vedi
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enhanced_CD ) e quindi forse non va
tradotto. Sul CD+ non ho trovato info, forse è un altro modo per
indicare gli enhanced CD
