New: iso_3166_2-3.8 (99%, 5 untranslated)

The TP-robot is happy to announce the presence of a new PO file:

In this file 4407 messages are already translated, corresponding to
99% of the original text size in bytes; 5 messages still need some
work.

Milo Casagrande is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Italian language.
