dctrl-tools 2.14.5: Please update the PO translation for the package dctrl-tools

Hi,

You are noted as the last translator of the translation for
dctrl-tools. The English template has been changed, and now some messages
are marked "fuzzy" in your translation or are missing.
I would be grateful if you could take the time and update it.
Please send the updated file to me, or submit it as a wishlist bug
against dctrl-tools.

The next scheduled translation update release is in two weeks, on or about the
23rd of this month.  I expect to be doing at least one translation update
release after that, in early November, if there is need.  Hopefully all
translations are up to date at that point.
