Personalmente toglierei "questo", in quanto sottinteso, e staccherei
con una virgola:

Mi sorge spontaneo

senza che questo crei problemi."
si potrebbe mettere "lasciare" al posto di "scegliere", dato che è il
default (eh, ma se poi cambia? :) )
"ciò" potrebbe sostituire "questo"
