<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial">Qua kiểm tra trong năm 2012 nhân các ngày lễ kỷ niệm; Bộ Văn hóa, Thể Thao và Du Lịch nhận thấy còn một vài vấn đề cần khắc phục trong việc treo cờ như sau:</font></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt" class="MsoNormal"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><font face="Arial">1. Treo cờ Đảng:</font></i></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial">- Lá cờ Đảng CSVN có nền màu đỏ thắm. Giữa lá cờ có biểu tượng Búa và Liềm biểu trưng cho sức mạnh của giai cấp công nhân và nông dân. Đầu búa hướng lên góc phải cờ; liềm ngửa hướng về góc trái cờ.</font></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial">- Nhưng trong thời gian qua đã có một vài nơi khi may và treo cờ Đảng đã sơ suất làm ngược lá cờ. Thay vì đầu Búa nằm trên thì quay ngược xuống hoặc hình Liềm ngửa thì lại quay úp xuống.</font></p>
