New KDM

I've added a new KDM editing this one:
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/EOS+Mania?content=101594, I'm going
to close the ticket.

As usual, the instruction to enable it are in the

I've modified also the KSplash (I've removed the original KDE4.1 background)
to eliminate the gaps between the KDM, the KSplash and the end-user desktop.
I understand that is not beautiful (gray on turquoise) but now we have
another artwork piece.

Obiviously improvements are welcomed!
