when a package is created, is a good habit to check it with lintian. This
provide a lot of useful informations about common packaging errors and
debian policy violations.
Eg. files included with the package (not the control, rules, ecc..) MUST be
owned by root:root. Usually only a chown -R root:root foldername/ is needed.
So on also for the control file. An empty depends: line can cause a failure
during the build.
