apache&postgres

Hi all,
I'm testing ArcheOS (v. alpha 1) on a very old PC. It's all right, but I've
a doubt:
postgresql server and apache start when system starts (like other services).
IMHO maybe is better if postgres and apache (in particular apache) don't
start at startup of computer; maybe is better if they're inizialized by
users. I wait your opinion.
