GitHub third-party access

Dear all,

lately I published a github repository with data, code and text
associated to a paper. In order to see this repository in my zenodo
account I had to change the Third-party application access policy of the
ArcheOS GitHub. Zenodo was filled with ArcheOS repos and I couldn't see
all of my repos. The access to ArcheOS GitHub is now restricted only to
approved applications. I hope this is not causing problems to you.
