[ArcheOS] ArcheOS Theodoric: CAD software

Hi,
I just started reviewing the software list for ArcheOS next version 
(Theodoric), beginning with the CAD software 
(https://github.com/archeos/ArcheOS/wiki/Package-list-%28Theodoric%29). 
In Caesar we have QCAD (for 2D) and FreeCAD (for 3D), while in Theodoric 
we decided to replace QCAD with LibreCAD. Both of the software do not 
need packaging for ArcheOS (beeing already in Debian's repository), so 
the CAD section for Theodoric would be almost ready. It is still open 
the question about BRLCAD (http://brlcad.org/): shall we add it into 
ArcheOS? By now I just installed it in my Caesar version and I ma trying 
to understand if it would be a good solution also in archaeology, but I 
am not a CAD expert; maybe Alessandro (Camiz) can help me in this? I 
just find out that it is now available a packaged version of BRLCAD, so 
if anyone want to help in testing BSLCAD, here is the link:

For the rest, looking at our (Arc-Team) experience, LibreCAD and FreeCAD 
were enought for CAD operation in archaeology. Someone else has some 
suggestion or comments about it?

ho appena cominciato la revisione della lista software per la prossima 
versione di ArcheOS (Theodoric), iniziando con i CAD 
(https://github.com/archeos/ArcheOS/wiki/Package-list-%28Theodoric%29). 
In Caesar avevamo QCAD (per il 2D) e FreeCAD (per il 3D), mentre in 
Theodoric abbiamo deciso di rimpiazzare QCAD con LibreCAD. Entrambi i 
software non devono essere pacchettizzati per ArcheOS (sono già nei 
repository di Debian), la sezione CAD di Theodoric sarebbe dunque quasi 
pronta. E' ancora aperta la questione di BRLCAD (http://brlcad.org/): 
dovremmo aggiungerlo in ArcheOS? Io lo ho appena installato in Caesar e 
sto cercando di capire se sarebbe una buona soluzione per l'archeologia, 
ma purtroppo non sono un esperto di CAD; forse Alessandro (Camiz) può 
aiutarmi in questo? Ho appena trovato una versione pacchettizzata di 
BRLCAD, così se qualcuno vuole provare a testare BRLCAD, qui è il link:

Per il resto, in base alla nostra (Arc-Team) esperienza, LibreCAD e 
FreeCAD sono sufficienti per eseguire le operazioni CAD in archeologia.
