[ArcheOS] How can I create a RGBdemo .deb package?

Hi all,
I'd like to create a .deb package for RGBDemo 
<https://github.com/rgbdemo>, but I'm not sure how to do it. I've 
downloaded and unpackaged all the folders of the linked page on GitHub; 
now? I've read several tutorials, but everyone is different from other. 
Can anyone suggest (or even link) a good system?
