[barcode] new list: barcode@lists.linux.it

Hi all.

After a looong delay, the barcode list is still alive, with a hopefully
low traffic. Since prosa.it has some problems, the list is now
@lists.linux.it .

I resubscribed everyone from the old list, if you want to get
unsubscribed please use the http pointer from the footer of this message.

Since the list is now hosted in a different place, you may need to
change your procmail rule.

I hope to find time and enegies to include your contribution in the
official package pretty soon
