[barcode] Patches to barcode-0.97 to enable boxes around codes

Hi,

I'm a bit out of sync with barcode project (to much work, sorry)
but is seems to me that your patch was made against 0.96 not 0.97, because
my PCL patch already defined the following value:

> + #define BARCODE_BOX           0x00004000

I have already used this value for BARCODE_OUT_PCL
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Also, as PCL is an alternative output to PS/EPS, please keep me informed, so
I can update PCL part (pcl.c) of project (if you won't do it yourself).
