ISSN is just like EAN-13 with optiona add-ons. It's exactly like ISBN,
nothing new at all. I don't think you need specific library support to
generate ISSN.

Hopefully end of February. I've been very busy with real work and I
planeed to have a sabbatical Feb. Unfurtunately I'm still overwhelmed
by my deadlines and cound't yet take a single hour off.

Describing it may be sufficient I think. Any feedback is welcome.
Obviously if serious bugs are fixed the urge to make a new official
release is greately increased.
