[barcode] Barcode items not fitting on my labels

Hi,

I am trying to print my barcode onto a PDF file which I aM printing later 
onto to my labels but the barcode items are not align correctly on the 
labels advice on what I could be missing, I am using the command below:

The barcode items are not fitting onto my labels what might I be missing??

barcode -e 39 -i BARSCODE.txt -u mm -g 65x19+2+2 -m 6x11 -t 3x6+1+15-1-2 | 
ps2pdf - - > bars.pdf'

the BARSCODE.txt contains:
