There was an old, old bug where if your makeinfo wasn't recent enough, 
it would fall through to another, barcode source provided HTML building 
utility, but hte scripting around it was broken. Look at 
http://lists.linux.it/pipermail/barcode/2008-November/000289.html for a 
reference to the issue on this list.
