[bglug] flash in mozilla/firefox

Per chi ha problemi di lentezza con flash e un browser come mozilla o firefox
settare la variabile

export FLASH_GTK_LIBRARY=libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0

per visualizzare correttamente flash
come da bugfix trovato sul forum di gnome/mozilla
