stamattina mi è veunta in mente una cosa..

potresti applicare al tuo sw una sorta di licenza BSD, customizzandola
a 2 clausole, toglendo la prima invece che la terza e la quarta...

haha cosa ho detto?

una normale licenza bsd a 4 clausole è:

1.Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright
notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer.
2.Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright
notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the
documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.
3.All advertising materials mentioning features or use of this
software must display the following acknowledgement: This product
includes software developed by the NetBSD Foundation, Inc. and its
contributors.
4.Neither the name of The NetBSD Foundation nor the names of its
contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived from

tu dovresti applicare al tuo sw solo la 2 e la terza clausola
(modificando ovviamente quest'ultima, con il tuo nome o il nome della
tua ditta o che ne so...) e non inserire la 1 e la quarta.

ma forse il mio precedente consiglio in lista rimane la miglior cosa per te....
