Allora non capisco il tuo problema, vuoi sapere che macchina hai e quindi i tuoi requisiti hardware o hai dei problemi specifici con una periferica? 

Se il tuo problema è capire che tipo di macchina hai allora ti conviene inserire il nome dei singoli componenti in google e qualcosa trovi sempre.

Siccome poi hai specificato già il tuo modello le specifiche tecniche (solitamente) le trovi sul sito del produttore

QUI dovresti trovare tutte le informazioni, (dato che sono abbastanza precise).
