Se hai modo di far partire una distro live ti basta:

1. For INTEL Systems, it should have the ‘vmx’ support. To check, use the 
following command;# grep vmx /proc/cpuinfo

2. For AMD systems, it should have ’svm’ support. To check, use the following 
command;# grep svm /proc/cpuinfo

Comunque credo che le cpu rilasciate nell'ultimo anno (e forse anche due) 
abbiano tutte questo supporto.
