Per usare qualcosa di integrato nel kernel devi utilizzare SeLinux
(http://fedora.redhat.com/projects/selinux/).

Altrimenti, senza scomodare Tripwire, programmi come famd o monit
(http://www.tildeslash.com/monit) possono fare al caso tuo.
