[Tech] Toshiba satellite A110-178

Salve Gente e ben tornati dalle ferie,

      Sto provando a installare Linuccio sul suddetto notebook ma ho dei
grossi problemi a fargli vedere la scheda di rete RTL 8139 (8139too) che in
winzzoz vede come Realtek RTL8139/810x Family. 

Ho provato ad installare Fedora core 5 (con gli ultimi update), idem per Suse
open 10.1, idem con le varie live Knoppix 5.01 in testa, ma niente da fare non
viene riconosciuta da nessuno. 

Ho provato a fare modprobe degli altri moduli della Realtek (tipo 8169 ecc.)
ma niente da fare.

Ho provato a compilare e installare l'ultimo kernel 2.6.17.11, attivando le
opzioni specificahe per i toshiba, ho provato ad attivare l'opzione per la rev
K della 8139, ma niente da fare ........

Ho provato a vedere sui vai siti di linux/notebook ma questo modello sembra un
modello fantasma non compare da nessuna parte !!!


Qualche idea / dritta ???????
