[FLUG-Tech] impossibile connettersi al database postgres

Un buon consiglio non è mai una stupidaggine, e guardare bene il file
postgresql.conf sarebbe stato, da parte mia, quantomeno intelligente.

Grazie infinite per avermi fatto vedere l'ovvio.
