Ciao.
non ho mai installato il mod_asp, da quello che mi avevi detto
sembrava che il mod_perl ti servisse per gli script in perl, quindi
te lo sconsigliavo. Dal readme che riporti infatti dice che il mod_perl serve, quindi installalo pure, non ti posso essere d'aiuto
per l'installazione visto che non ho mai usato tali mod, cmq non dovresti avere particolari problemi visto che di solito i mod dell'apache sono molto ben documentati.
