[FoLUG] the HOME environment variable is not set

Ho installato il vncserver e sto disperatamente cercando di farlo partire al boot di sistema.
Dopo innumerevoli prove mi continua dare questo errore: "the HOME environment variable is not set". Cosa devo fare?
Lo script dell'avvio del vncserver è quello qua sotto.
