iptables -D INPUT 1
iptables -D FORWARD 1
iptables -D FORWARD 2
iptables -D OUTPUT 1

pero' ti conviene trovare quale script le imposta altrimenti al prozzimo
reboot te le ritrovi.

magari basta un 
/etc/init.d/iptables save active 
ma verificalo
