..devo dire che abbiamo concetti diversi di serverino domestico..

ecco a voi una delle mobo a cui pensavo per il prossimo serverino:

32 slot DIMM = fino a 256Gb di ram
6 (inutili) porte sata onboard, (dato che:)
2 slot pci-X => potenzialmente 2 controller raid 8 porte adaptec => 16
dischi attaccati [~24Tb di storage?]
(tecnicamente ha anche due mini-sas con controller raid LSI integrato ->
ma mi sa tanto di fake raid e non mi fido neanche su queste)
2 porte ethernet gigabit onboard

Consumo energetico totale: presumo 1.5kW minimo..

Con questa si che si emerge! :)
