Rimanere in testing/unstable non è il massimo anzi è molto noioso per
cui devi decidere se passare ad unstable o a testing. Entrambe vanno
aggiornate di frequente (unstable di più). Se hai possibilità di
sfruttare la banda dell'ufficio o non hai problemi a tenere occupata la
linea telefonica ti consiglio unstable.

Ad ogni modo ti serve modificare /etc/apt/source.list mettendo qualcosa del
tipo:
