Sui p3, se non ricordo male, ci sono dei problemi a volte col 440bx.
Però forse è meglio se chiedi direttamente agli sviluppatori di cpufreq che 
sicuramente hanno un quadro della situazione più preciso e magari anche una 
patch che fa al caso tuo. Li trovi su cpufreq@www.linux.org.uk

Ad esempio come viene riconosciuta la cpu da cpufreq ?

Le opzioni mi sembrano corrette. (Le ho riportate per intero in modo che anche 
gli altri possano darci un'occhiata.)

Invece sarebbe opportuno mantenere la conversazione in mailing list, visto che 
potrebbe interessare a più persone ed inoltre hai più possibilità di ottenere 
una risposta. Quindi cerca di usare un server di posta non blacklistato.
