[glux] problema usb

Ho un problema con un server..... non mi rileva l'ups attaccato via usb.
l'errore e' questo:

l'ups sul mio laptop lo vedo e lo posso configurare senza problemi, se
faccio lsusb sul server non vedo nulla! Ho cercato un pochino ma non ho
risolto, qualche idea?
